Antigonish Public Library presents Nordic Walking Club June 13 and 27, and July 11 and 25 from 10 to 11 a.m. Rain or shine, a walk feels fine! Nordic walking improves cardio-respiratory function and is an effective and efficient mode of exercise to improve overall fitness for all adults. Fun, informal jaunts around Antigonish. Dress for the weather. Meet in Bistro area.

Instruction available. All ages and levels welcome. Poles provided, or bring your own. Please register.
