Morris says school funding formula needs to change

No changes are afoot with schools in the Dalbrae Feeder system, and that has locals happy. At Wednesday’s  Strait Regional School Board Meeting held in Port Hood, council decided to stay with ‘status quo’, meaning no closures in the forecast
Bobby Morris is the Liberal candidate in the upcoming provincial election, and also a co-chair for the advocacy committee in the area. Morris expresses similar sentiments as people throughout the province – the funding formula needs to change:

As a result of the meeting, the Governing Board voted in favour of of acquiring both Bayview Education Centre, and Dalbrae Academy after each school’s P3 lease expires.
