New Pumper/Tanker Fire Truck coming to Pomquet Fire Department

The Pomquet Fire Department will be receiving a new fire truck this weekend.  The pumper/tanker, which cost the fire department about 450-thousand dollars is destined for its sub-station in Heatherton.   Deputy Fire Chief Doug Benoit says the addition will enhance that sub-station.
Benoit says one feature on the new truck that will help firefighters at emergencies is a command light.  The light will be able to light up the scene of a fire or a traffic accident in the evening.  The new pumper/tanker is expected to arrive on Saturday.
