If travel is in your plans for the Christmas Holidays, you’ll be paying a little less at the pump.
The Nova Scotia Energy Board set its weekly gasoline and diesel prices overnight.

Gas fell by 5.6 cents a litre in the eastern mainland and Port Hawkesbury and 5.5 cents for the rest of Cape Breton.
The price for a litre of regular self-serve unleaded ranges from $1.27.1 and $1.29.4 in the eastern mainland and Port Hawkesbury. For the rest of Cape Breton it’s $1.27.9 to $1.30.2.
Diesel is down by 6.6 cents a litre. A litre of diesel will cost you between $1.57.2 to $1.59.4 in the eastern mainland and Port Hawkesbury and $1.58 to $1.60.2 for the rest of Cape Breton.
