Amber Carrigan has been acclaimed as the new councillor for the Town of Mulgrave.
Nominations for the Town of Mulgrave Council special election closed at 5 p.m. yesterday and Carrigan’s was the only nomination filed.
The election was called after the resignation of councillor Tanya Snow-Keeling in December.
