Tenders have closed on a number of projects in the Town of Antigonish.
Dexter’s Construction submitted the lowest bid on an asphalt patching tender with a quote of
$223,655. Two other companies offered estimates. The bids are currently under review.
Carmichael Engineering was awarded a contract for maintenance services with a bid of $10,370, while Safety First posted the winning the tender for traffic marking on an estimate of $66,800.45.
In a Request for Proposal for a light fixture removal for field one at Dr. JH Gillis Regional High School, DeCoste Electrical will do the work with an offer of $6,802.25.
Landscaping Services will be conducted by Yard Pro on a winning bid of $21,040, while a contract on Brand Development for the Alternative Resource Energy Authority went to The A-Team for $22,500.
A contract for a generator at the Sewage Plant was awarded to DeCoste Electrical for $174,289. A salt hauling contract was given to David Cameron Trucking for $14,550.
