International Paralympic Committee’s Governing Board. Gotell was elected Sunday at the IPC’s General Assembly, held virtually.

A three-time Paralympian and 12-time Paralympic medallist in swimming, Gotell is the first former chair of the IPC’s Athletes’ Council to be elected as one of the Board’s members at large.
