Antigonish Town Council approved $5,000 in funding for the upcoming Paq’tnkek Powwow, set for April 1-2 at StFX University.

regular monthly town council meeting. Julian noted it is the first such event in the last three years because of covid.
Antigonish Town Mayor Laurie Boucher said she was pleased council elected to fund the event.
The Paqtnkek Powwow, with the theme Our Healing Journey, is set to include a number of performances and events.
