Antigonish Town Council received an update on the sewer treatment plant during a regular meeting last night.

Council heard there was some increase in oxygenation in the water following re-circulation work, with Mayor Sean Cameron noting there was a reduction in the odor coming from the plant.
The mayor said there are also a pair of requests for proposals set to go out, including one for required equipment.
