The Town of Antigonish is testing a new system where they would meet specifically to hear public presentations.

Mayor Sean Cameron said part of the reasoning is to keep regular town meetings from going too long.
Cameron said the plan is to test the new sessions for about a year, with maybe two or three meetings a year dedicated to presentations. The meetings could start by early June.
