The PC Leader wants to “remove the politics” from how schools receive their funding from the Province. Jamie Baillie was in Antigonish today and says that the current way that schools receive their money, based on a head count, does not work.
He says that a PC government would work to find a model that works for schools across the province, including rural areas:
Baillies gave this response in response to a question posed around the possibility of school closures in the Antigonish areas. Baillie stopped in Antigonish Friday and was campaigning with Ray Mattie.
