Aliyah Fraser
The St. FX Female Athlete of the Week is X-Women Basketball Guard Aliyah Fraser. The first year Arts-Science Health student from New Glasgow was the player of the game in the X-Women’s 96-88 win over UPEI on Saturday. Fraser scored 27 points and added 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals. She scored eight points in their loss to UPEI Friday night.
The St. FX Male Athlete of the Week is X-Men Basketball forward Azaro
Azaro Roker
Roker. Roker, a fourth year Arts student from Nassau, Bahamas had
two strong games for the X-Men in wins over UPEI. Roker had a double-double night Friday with 17 points and 14 rebounds, and four assists. He was player of the game in the X-Men’s 88-75 win Saturday with a game-high 22 points, five rebounds and an assist.
