The St. FX Athletes of the Week come from the sports of basketball and hockey.

year Human Kinetics student from Surrey, BC had a a double-double for the X-Women in their close 74-72 loss to Saint Mary’s Saturday night, with 25 points, 12 rebounds and one steal. She also had eight points, four rebounds in a loss to Saint Mary’s on Wednesday.
The male athlete of the week is X-Men hockey forward Mark

Tremaine. The first year education student in his fifth year of eligibility from Dartmouth had two points in the X-Men’s two close playoff losses to Moncton. That includes a power play goal in the first goal of the game Friday. He finishes his X-Men career as the all-time leader in regular season games played with 146, with 46 goals and 53 assists. He is a two time AUS champion and won two U Sports Silver Medals and a bronze in four national championships.
