The Brian Mulroney Institute of Government yesterday welcomed Bonnie Brownlee to the Institute’s External Advisory Board, where she will support the Institute’s mandate of engaging Canadians in discussions about important policy issues. Brownlee’s experience spans politics, broadcasting and fashion including Executive Assistant to Mila Mulroney when Mila’s husband Brian was Prime Minister. She’s also held senior positions with Bloomingdale’s in New York City, and in broadcasting with Astral Television Networks, Bell Globe Media and CBC/Radio Canada.

The External Advisory Board is chaired by Mark Mulroney, Global Vice Chair, Office of the CEO, for CIBC. The executive director of the Advisory Board is Regan P. Watts, the founder of Fratton Park Inc., an advisory firm providing services in public affairs, corporate social responsibility, innovation, and market development.
The External Advisory Board supports the work of the Institute through activities such as fundraising and promotion.
