Boutlier named Team Canada Under 17 Coach

Sydney native and former NHLer Paul Boutlier has been named head coach for the Team Canada men’s under 17 team.  he played eight NHL seasons with Boston, Minnesota, New York and Winnipeg from 1982-89.  He has served as an assistant coach with the Saint John Sea Dogs since 2015.  He was also an AUS coach for St. Mary’s and Dalhousie univerisities. Hockey Canada’s National Teams Summer Showcase will be held July 26 to Aug. 2 in Calgary.
