Central Nova Incumbent Sean Fraser toured downtown Antigonish Tuesday night as part of his

campaign for re-election. Fraser is one of seven candidates vying for the Central Nova riding. So far, he says, he and his team have canvassed Pictou County, Antigonish, the Eastern Shore, the Musquodoboit Valley and the District of St. Mary’s.
When asked what he feels separates him from the other hopefuls, he pointed to his background, which includes science and law degrees, and his work in international law, commercial business, and with human rights organizations.
On Wednesday, Fraser participated in a debate in his home town of Merigomish. He thanked the residents he spoke with so far for sharing their concerns.
