Love to chat about books, and wondering what to read next? The branches of the Pictou-Antigonish Regional Libraries host Book Clubs throughout the month!

The “Good Morning” Book Club meets monthly at 10am the Stellarton Library! The “Good Night” Book Club also meets each month, from 7 to 8 pm.

Inverness County Singers Rehearsals @ Inverary Manor
Feb 6 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Inverness County Singers rehearsals will begin on Feb 6th, at 7PM every Monday, at the Inverary Manor in Inverness, in preparation for their Spring concerts in mid-May. Singers must wear masks when entering the building. The group is open and welcoming to anyone who wishes to join, no matter how much or how little their past experience.  The concert program is “A Tribute to Musical Theatre”, and will be presented at local venues in the County.

Health Services are offered each Tuesday for men and boys age 12 and over.

Community hot meal program open to all each Tuesday & Thursday. There is no charge and all are welcome. Doors open at 10 come for a hot cup of tea or coffee some social time and stay for lunch.

Weekly Toonie draw 12:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, Play your Toonie by 4 p.m. on Tuesdays for this weekly draw in support of SHOPS. Winner receives half of the pot. Play your Toonie at Bud’s Convenience, Clover Farm, Feltmate & Son Enterprises, Sherbrooke Garage or Whitney’s Corner Store. Lindsay’s Health Centre for Women @ Antigonish Women's Resource Centre, 219 Main Street

Lindsay’s Health Centre for Women is a partnership of the Guysborough Antigonish Strait Health Authority, the Antigonish Women’s Resource Centre and the medical community. Services are provided by a multi-disciplinary team that includes Mental Health Services, Addictions Services, Public Health Services, the Women’s Centre, a physician and a nurse practitioner. Along with the medical care provided by the physician and nurse practitioner, Lindsay’s Health Centre offers a series of programs that are designed to help women make informed decisions about their health.
