The Municipality of Inverness County is extending the deadline for residents who wish to pay their taxes in person at the municipal office.
County officials say due to unplanned closures at the building, residents may now pay their taxes at the finance department until next Wednesday, September 4th.
The municipal office is located at 375 Main Street in Port Hood.
