The Nova Scotia Energy Board invoked the Interrupter Clause overnight to raise diesel by 7.6 cents a litre.

The price for a litre of diesel ranges from $1.94.1 to $1.97.1 in the eastern mainland and Port Hawkesbury. For the rest of Cape Breton, it’s $1.94.9 to $1.97.9.
The price of gasoline is unchanged
