It is going to cost less for motorists with diesel-powered vehicles. 
The Utility and Review Board invoked the Interrupter Clause to lower diesel by 11.5 cents a litre.
The minimum price for a litre of diesel is now $1.74.3 in the eastern mainland and $1.75. 1 on Cape Breton.
The price of gasoline remains unchanged. That leaves the minimum price for a litre of regular self serve unleaded at $1.53.7 in the eastern mainland and $1.54.5 on Cape Breton.
