Eastern Counties Regional Library has announced the return of lending of physical library materials like books and DVDs via the mail. The Borrow by Mail service is being expanded to include all library members as part of the ECRL`s response to COVID-19.
Anyone with a free library card can request and receive materials by logging into their online account and selecting items. Borrow by Mail will be the available pick up location option.
Library users without internet access or who require assistance in placing title requests can call ECRL`s toll-free phone number at 1-855-787-7323 Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30pm. Community members without a library card are encouraged to register online by visiting ecrl.library.ns.ca/registration or by calling the number. The library will waive any past fines or bills to make materials available.
