Fuel Prices Continue to Plummet, Gas prices down more than 20 Cents since Early October

The price at the pump has taken another tumble.

The Utility and Review Board set its weekly prices overnight. Gasoline has dropped by 2.3 cents a litre. The minimum price for a litre of regular self serve unleaded gasoline is now $1.04.8 in the eastern mainland, while in Cape Breton is $1.05.6. Since the beginning of October, the price of gasoline has fallen 23 cents a litre.

Diesel is also down this week, by 4.6 cents a litre. The minimum price of diesel is now $1.20.3 in the eastern mainland, while in Cape Breton it’s $1.21.1.
