Motorists are getting a break at the pumps ahead of the long weekend. The Utility and Review 
Board set its weekly petroleum prices overnight. Gas is down by 3 cents a litre on the eastern mainland and 3.2 cents on Cape Breton. The minimum price for a litre of regular self serve unleaded is 97 cents in the eastern mainland, and 97.9 on Cape Breton.
Diesel is down by 1.4 cents a litre. The minimum price for a litre of diesel is 86.7 cents in the eastern mainland and 87.5 on Cape Breton
