Gasoline and diesel prices are down slightly.
The Utility and Review Board set its weekly gasoline and diesel prices overnight.
Gasoline is down by 0.8 cents a litre. The minimum price for a litre of regular self-serve unleaded is $1.66.5 in the eastern mainland. On Cape Breton it;s $1.67.3.
Diesel has dropped by one cent a litre. The minimum price for a litre of diesel is $1.97.1 in the eastern mainland, while on Cape Breton it’s $1.97.9.
Broadcast Dialogue has announced the winners of the inaugural Canadian Radio Awards, which we’ve dubbed “The Howards” after our publisher emeritus Howard Christensen.
