The price of gasoline is standing pat, but diesel is rising.

The Utility and Review Board set its weekly petroleum prices overnight.

Gasoline is unchanged, leaving the minimum price for a litre of regular self-serve unleaded at $1.83.4 in the eastern mainland and $1.84.2 on Cape Breton.

Diesel is up 4.4 cents a litre. The increase follows a decline of 7.6 cents on Tuesday, when the UARB invoked the Interrupter Clause. The minimum price for a litre of diesel is now $1.86.6 on the eastern mainland and $1.87.4 on Cape Breton.
