Gasoline Price Stands Pat, Diesel up Slightly

Most motorists won’t notice a change at the pump when they fill up this weekend. The Utility and Review Board set its weekly petroleum prices overnight. There was no change in gasoline, with the minimum price for a litre of regular self serve unleaded holding steady at 86 cents in the eastern mainland and 86.8 cents on Cape Breton.

Diesel is up by seven tenths of a cent a litre. The minimum price for diesel is now 78.7 cents in the eastern mainland and 79.5 on Cape Breton.
