Gasoline and diesel prices are up.
The Nova Scotia Energy Board set weekly prices for the two fuels overnight.
Gas jumped by 3.8 cents a litre. The price for a litre of regular self serve unleaded ranges from $1.88 to $1.91 on the eastern mainland and Port Hawkesbury. For the rest of Cape Breton, it’s $1.88.8 to $1.91.8.
Diesel is up again, rising by 5.9 cents litre. This is the third increase this week, as the board invoked the Interrupter Clause to increase prices by 10.6 cents on Wednesday and 6.3 cents on Tuesday.
The price for a litre of diesel is now $2.27.9 to $2.30.9 in the eastern mainland and Port Hawkesbury. For the remainder of Cape Breton it’s $2.28.7 to $2.31.7.
