Mar 1, 2019 | Local News

Gasoline prices are up today. The Utility and Review Board set its weekly prices overnight. Gas rose 1.3 cents a litre in the eastern mainland and 1.4 cents in Cape Breton. This follows a 6.1 cent hike last week. The minimum price for a litre of regular self serve unleaded is now $1.12.8 in the eastern mainland and $1.13.7 on Cape Breton.

While the price of gasoline is up, diesel dropped a bit this week; 0.8 cents a litre.
