Inverness District RCMP have laid a number of sexual assault charges against a 19-year-old Sugar Camp man. Police are also reaching out to local communities to determine if there are additional victims.
Police say two victims have been identified so far.
Hunter James Smith faces three counts each of Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference and Invitation to Sexual Touching and two counts each of Luring a Child and Indecent Acts and Exposure.
Smith has been released from custody with conditions. He is next scheduled to appear in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court on October 26th.
