Inverness County Municipality Issues RFP for Lease and Future Use of the Property that was the site of the Margaree Airport

The Municipality of the County of Inverness has issued a request for proposals for the lease and future use of a property that was the site of the Margaree Airport.

The Municipality is seeking proposals from non-profit organizations or private businesses that would bring meaningful value to the local community.

The 13.75 hectare parcel of land was developed in 1963, and was closed for public use in 2021. The deadline for proposals is January 21st.
