Several local companies have submitted low bids on construction projects.
Nova Construction offered the lowest quote of $884,558.75 for drainage improvements, asphalt 
concrete patching and repaving for seven projects in Guysborough County. Two other companies offered bids.
Nova Construction also submitted the lowest bid of $165,227.50 on a contract for gravel patching along two sections in Antigonish and Guysborough Counties. Three other companies offered tenders on the project.
