A local company has submitted the lowest bid for three projects in Richmond County for subgrade, asphalt repaving and culvert replacement.
The work includes 4 kilometres of repaving on both St. Peters-Forchu Road and Janvrin Harbour Road, and a new culvert for Little Passage Road.
Nova Construction, offered the lowest estimate of $4.6 million. Two other companies posted quotes on the project.
