Cape Breton’s annual moose hunt license lottery starts at noon on Monday.
The Department of Natural Resources announced 345 licenses are up for grabs in five management zones within Inverness and Victoria counties, with motorized access hunts available in zones 1-4 and non-motorized hunts in zone 5.
The deadline for applications is noon on May 31, and the draw is set for June. People can visit the web site at wrs.novascotia.ca/moosedraw
