More talent has been added to the Antigonish Music Festival set for August 7th and 8th at Columbus Field
The president of RBG Entertainment, the organizers of the festival, Rob Gallant says the latest addition to line-up is a local band, Fairmont Road.
Other confirmed entertainers include Antigonish County native Josee Champoux, Steven Lee Olson, Paige Penney, Colleen Evelyn, Campbell & Johnston, Jolene Harnish, the Mainlanders, Charlie A’Court and Sean Michael Ryan.
Gallant says they have attached a fund-raiser to the festival. He says the festival is donating $10 from every weekend pass sold between July 1st and July 20th to the Antigonish Food Bank
Gallant says ticket sales are going well with a little over 25 percent of the 1,600 tickets for the event sold.
