Environment Canada is watching a disturbance that could bring 10 centimetres of snow to the 
province, with 15 centimetres or more possible over eastern Nova Scotia.
The national weather forecaster has issued a special weather statement for the province saying the system will make its presence felt on Friday. Rain will change to snow early Friday morning then taper off on Friday afternoon.
