The Naomi Society is running a Give Hope, Give Home holiday fundraiser.
Patrick McKenna, second stage housing coordinator for the society, said people can donate money and receive a hand crafted ornament or a mug, depending on their level of donation. The proceeds are going towards the operations of second stage housing the society is building for women and children fleeing violence.
With the event wrapping up on December 10, McKenna said they are hoping people act quickly so they can get their ornament before Christmas. Donations can be made online at naomisociety.ca/donate
