New Glasgow Mayor Nancy Dicks said the town`s climate adaptation director made the recommendation and council agreed. She said an asset management plan is key in how they move forward with things like heating their assets and build roads.
The mayor said council is looking at a corporate plan and will look at a community plan in the new year.
