New Glasgow Regional Police say a 24-year-old man is facing Child Pornography charges. Police
say at around 8:45 Wednesday morning, the New Glasgow Regional Police Major Crime Unit, Pictou County Integrated Street Crime Enforcement Unit and H-Division Digital Forensic Services searched a home on Grandview Avenue in Trenton. The search follows a 10-month investigation.
After searching the dwelling police charged the man with two counts each of Possession of Child Pornography and Making Available Child Pornography. The man was released on strict conditions and will appear in Provincial Court in Pictou at a later date.
Police are continuing their investigation.
