The Town of New Glasgow’s Council approved the relocation of the community garden from Provost Street to its permanent location on Glasgow Street, across from the New Glasgow Farmer’s Market so it can continue to offer educational, wellness, and social benefits to the community.
The relocation will be starting immediately and will include new garden beds, water source, benches, and a sign. The community garden project is in partnership with the community group New GlasGrow.
The Community Garden is anticipated to be fully open in time for prime growing season.
