Several members of the Northern Subway Selects picked up major awards from the Nova Scotia
Female Midget AAA Hockey League. Two Selects players picked up top honours. Sara Stewart was named the league’s Top Scorer and Rookie of the year , while Abigail MacKenzie won the Top Defence Award. Craig Clarke was named Coach of the Year
Forward Landyn Pitts was named to the First All-Star Team, Natalie MacKay and Cassie Clarke on Defence made the second all-star team; and Goaltender Halle Faulkner, Allie Hood on Defence and Forward Jaylyn Langille were chosen for the Rookie All-Star Team.
