Francis says it also welcomes $4.3 million in upgrades planned for Truro Raceway.
Francis says looking ahead to 2021, among the industry’s goals is to enhance breeding, and get more young people back into the game.
She says they are also looking at a driver’s challenge that will bring in drivers from Ontario, subject to the lifting of COVID restrictions next season
