Pictou County Council has awarded the tender for snow clearing and maintenance of sidewalks
in the Scotsburn and Lyons Brook areas this winter to Highland Meadow Ranch. It was noted in the resolution approved by council that although it was the second lowest bid on the contract, the lowest submitted bid was found not compliant with the tender specifications.
