New Glasgow Regional Police were called to a home on Diamond Street in Trenton early
Saturday evening on a possible weapons-related incident.
After its investigation, police concluded there were no weapons involved or located at the residence.
Police say later that evening a lone male was safely apprehended without incident under the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act. No charges are pending. No one was hurt.
