Premier Stephen McNeil made the announcement during an update today. He said the goal is to get people their results sooner.
Since the last provincial update 14 days ago, the province announced 10 new cases of covid 19 with five active cases remaining. They are all related to travel outside of the Atlantic Bubble and are all isolating. McNeil said this is a sign that covid is never far away, and urged people to remain diligent and follow the public health protocols.
