The provincial government announced it awarded the contract to replace the Trenton Elementary and Trenton Middle schools with a new pre-primary to Grade 8 school that will accommodate up to 300 students to Marco Group Limited. The first phase of the project will be initial design work.
The new school is going up next to the Trenton Minor Sports Community Centre and Trenton Park. Phase 1 of the contract is worth $1.7 million.
