Province Reports No New Cases of COVID-19

Provincial Health Officials are reporting no new cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia. That leaves the number of confirmed cases at 1,061. The Province had indicated one new case of the virus, but department officials later changed the number due to a false positive test result. There are three active cases of COVID-19. Two people are in hospital , one in intensive care. There have been 996 Nova Scotians who have recovered from the virus; 62 have died There are no licensed long term care homes in the province with active cases of COVID-19.
