RCMP is investigating a multi-vehicle crash that occurred on Highway 104 in eastern Pictou County.
Police say around 8 pm Sunday night, officers, EHS personnel and local fire departments were called to the scene.
Officers learned that a van travelling east had hit a deer. RCMP say after the van stopped, one of the occupants in left the vehicle and was then struck by another eastbound car. The person struck reportedly sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital by EHS.
