Pictou County RCMP recently received several complaints of needles found at locations in 
Pictou County. The RCMP are investigating the origin of the needles and partnered with the Department of Environment to address the issue.
The RCMP is requesting that anyone who finds a needle and would like assistance to properly dispose of it to contact police or their local pharmacy for assistance. In addition, please visit the Pharmacy Association of Nova Scotia website
