RCMP charged a Westville man following a fatal single vehicle collision this summer on Egypt 
Road in Hillside.
On July 16 at approximately 1:36 a.m. Pictou District RCMP responded to a single vehicle crash where a car left the roadway and overturned. One woman was pronounced deceased at the scene. Two other occupants were transported to hospital.
A police investigation followed.
The driver, 18-year-old Connor Roland MacLeod, faces charges of impaired operation of a conveyance causing death, impaired operation of a conveyance causing bodily harm, two charges of driving while impaired, dangerous operation causing death, and dangerous operation causing bodily harm.
He is scheduled to appear in Pictou Provincial Court on April 5.
