Seven New Cases of COVID-19 Identified in Nova Scotia

There are seven new cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia.  Six of the cases are in Central Zone and one is in Western Zone.  Two of the cases in the Central Zone and the one in the Central Zone is related to close contacts of previously reported cases.   One case in Central Zone is related to travel and the other three cases are under investigation.  One of the cases in the central Zone is in another province or territory.  The person is a Nova Scotia residents and is included in the cumulative provincial data.

There are 36 active cases of the virus.  No one is in hospital.

Nova Scotia Health Authority’s labs completed 1,340 Nova Scotia tests on Wednesday.
